Accounts paid up but not updated

Hi, I have 2 Standard Bank Blue Bean accounts that were handed over to DMC. Both accounts have been paid up, however it still shows that the accounts are outstanding on ITC. I have faxed the paid up letters yesterday to Kurt on 0867215201. I also spoke to him, he assured me that it would be updated. I went to Capitec yesterday and the one account still shows that its unpaid. This account was settled on the 15 April 2013. Can someone please assist me bcos its really frustrating.
