STILL blacklisted, because of RCS's incompetence

How lovely to find out that more than a month after RCS told me on THIS forum, that my issue was sorted out... that it still isn't?? Short history - they allowed someone to open an account on my ID number, so now I'm blacklisted.
According to them, when I phoned THEM yesterday for the umpteenth time, the investigation is complete and they don't know why my name hasn't been cleared - it should take 'one business day' and that I should phone THEM back on Monday to check (who is the aggrieved party here???)
Then last night, I'm phoned by their attorneys (a guy with a bad attitude) who treated me like a criminal because 'my' account was handed over to them. I tried to explain to him, that he should just contact RCS, because they said they've completed the investigation to prove that it is not my account. Then he tells me that I should send them an affidavit and a registered copy of my ID to prove this. I SENT IT TO RCS ON 11 MARCH ALREADY - TALK TO YOUR CLIENT!!! Of course I tried phoning RCS and left a message that Simonique, who is working on the case should phone me back (she was on a break) and yes, I'm still waiting. And I STILL can't apply for my home loan...
