During the begin of april I phone one plan to give me their banking details, since thdebit order returned so I can do an eft. I got the banking details the did the pment on the 4th april of two instalment. And hour later I got an sms that read ur policy is activated the days later I got a massege saying my policy is cancelled. When I phoned a guy by the name of Robert told me that the lady who gave me the banking details was supposed to tell me that my policy is closed and I musnt. Pay, so now I asked what about the monet I paid and he said the will investigate and either they will reinstste the policy or refund me.or open a new policy then transfer the money inthere. Since no one is coming back tome instead a guy phoned to open a new poliy but he had no info on my query. I told him my story and he said he will go investigate and come back to me.he never came back phone again today 17/5 still have to relate the story frm my cellphone then thembi the lady I was talking to put me on hold for abt 15mnts then when she came back she said the same thing abt going to investigate and she will phone me, I told him no I want to speak to her supervisot then she put me on hold then drop the ph
