Today I went to the Absa in Benoni Cranborne Street cos I heard some Absa's are considered Western Union money transfer collection points... at their reception I was assisted by the friendliest lady who directed me to their other branch about 100m away on the same street which dealt with what I needed...
I dealt with 4 different ladies there who were just as helpful and just as pleasant... it was after lunch in the afternoon when one would expect bad attitude from employees due to a along drawn out day but instead I was made to feel welcome to ask anything and I felt so utterly happy at the excellent service.
It's not often that customers are made to feel so at home and comfortable. Service with a smile. So refreshing. Pity I forgot to take down all their names... Thank You Absa. Keep it up and I just might re-open my account there again. Such warm people!!..Well Done!!
