Really unhappy about the way my loan was handled. I have tried multiple times to have this matter resolve i have email records and voice recording of my conversation. Yesterday again they contacted my boss then spoke to them and again telling them that i have contacted this company so many time. I paid my loan a little late and yes incurred extra interest which is understandable. But was told to just leave the debit order to go off and it will be done. The next month the same amount went off my account. I disputed the amount because the amount went off my account the month before. I then contacted the call centre and was told there is an outstanding amount i which i knew nothing about. This has been going on since Feb. Fine the lady should have told me the whole amount would not go off. Then i would have known. I have tried to resolve this matter. I do not think or feel i should pay that kind of interest. On R90.00 /- i have to pay R400.00 in interest this blow my mind. Very unhappy.
