I sent a SMS for a Quote on Wednesday morning. I was issued with Ref 19934430. I was contacted on Wednesday morning and gave all the requested information and the consultant told me he would call me back in (his words) 5 minutes. It now Thursday and no one has had the common desency to even call me back!! Great service levels Outsurance. If you cant even keep your promises to a prosepctive client, how do you hope to keep them to an existing one!!! I called for a Quote and I was the outcome - Live up to your promises please.
