I spoke to a lady called Tania, i asked for a quote to which i did get. i told the lady that she can call me back the following wednesday as i need to discuss with my wife. The following day she called me to which i said i did ask you to call me back wednesday 23/10/2013. monday morning 21/10/2013 Manager and another colleague phns me this fustrated me, as they did not repect what i asked them to do. as far as i am concern seems they dont repect customers at all they interested is getting the sale and not worried about the client. I will tell people not to even ask a quote from outsurance as they will never respect what you say. i have asked manager to cancel the quote and never call me again.
