Dissatisfied with query solving

I send this on behalf of Mrs Ellen Mokoatle (0787571116) who when withdrawing some money from her account on 4December2012 noted the same amount withdrawn on the same day which made that to be above her daily limit and when she went inside the bank and spoke to Brenda (0112263660) she became unsuccessful and they declined her refund and convincing her of some information she doesnt know anything about in terms of the second withdrawal. She says they are not ready at all to investigate or assist her and she wants her money reimbursed.
