Reporting the bad service of MFC

I have bought a car in January 2013 from Hyundai Brynston in JHB (2011 Hyundai i20, 1.4, used) and my first intallment was due in March, 15, 2013 and was deducted with amount due being R2, 679.13 which was fine and original agreement. Then I recieved a call from someone claiming that he was calling from my financer which is MFC saying they are offering an extended plan for my car and I agreed and the amount he said will be added to my monyhly installments, we agreed on R48 and some odds (dont remember the exact amount). I then cansulted my husband and we agreed on cancelling the extended plan I called the call center of MFC to cancel this agreement and person I spoke to said the agreement has been cancelled that was two days after but unfortunately I did not get the person's name. To my surprise on my April, 15, 2013 my intallment changed to R2, 781.30 with the difference of R102.17 whereas I have cancelled. then I called them again to cancel this time I spoke to Ivan on the 07, May 2013 he said this is now cancelled and said it was never cancelled that was a big surprise. I now need your help in this matter. I also need my refunds as I have cancelled this. Thank you.
