Hi,
I would like to lodge a complaint against a Standard bank call centre agent that just put the phone down in my ear after phoning me.
This is rude and I want steps to be taken against this person.
The call was 16 May 2013 15:46 from the number 011 981 6200.
I have phoned the number back it rings and then as if someone presses a reject button and the call drops.
