My phone was collected for repairs on the 11th of April 2013 and today is the 16 May 2013, still without a phone.
I have to call them every other day for feedback only to be told the the "Repair Centre" is waiting for stock each and every time and they always promise to call me back which they never do. If I dont call them, i fear my claim will slip between the cracks. This service is really bad. To make matters worse... NO loan phone.
