10/01/13 was the date i went into Standard Bank Melville to apply for my Student loan. The immediate impression i received from Charlene was a friendly, polite and helpful service. All the tables were occupied however she made it able for us to be helped SPEEDILY, offered out of her own will to fill documents in so that we dont have to wait longer and when i e-mailed her to as a follow up 5 minutes later she called to advise me that the loan will be processed and depositted into an account by this afternoon.
