Atrocious Service eventually turned good

My daughter is currently studying at CTI Claremont Campus. I applied for a student loan in November last year, 2012.
through CTI Johannesburg, they forwarded all the relevant Standard Bank documents to me and this will completed and sent through. After the Matric results came out, CTI called me (Annemarie Maritz) to congratulate and advise that the loan was approved. Almost 5 months later, CTI Accounts department starts asking for payment, I was totally astonished as I was under the impression that everything was paid over. After contacting Standard Bank, they told me to come in and sign, this unfortunately was 7 visits later, each time advising my daughter of different documents that needed to be handed in before approval was done. This was not a new loan it was approved in January, why did my daughter and I have to go through this ridiculous and atrocious service, which to begin with was not our fault. There was a communication breakdown between CTI and Standard Bank. I wonder how many applicants out there are experiencing the exact same treatment. Thanks to Candice Keating of Standard Bank and Janice Hansley of CTI this matter was resolved after 7 visits and two months late
