I'm appalled by standard bank. Last week I spoke to Nkululeko with regards to the incorrect ITC listing and he sent me a letter acknowledging and apologizing for this. The letter stated that this would be resolved within 48 hours and 7 days still no action from standard bank. Within these 7 days, I have followed up with Nkululeko on the process and progress and he responded once to assure me he would keep me updated but has since went silent. I cannot reach him on his landline and has since been ignoring my emails.
Was this a matter of keeping me silent and not making sure what he promised has been delivered?
I would like to have this matter resolved - can I get someone who will assist me and actually make sure they deliver on their promises.
Done with standard bank for life - this is definitely not a way of moving forward!
