Een robbed and yet no assistance

On the 25th april i went to do a withdrawal at one of the Standard bank atms in Gugulethu my card was retained by the atm before i could even enter my Pin number, when i got to work i called the head office and reported the incident and i was told i will get a cal with 3 businesss day, i never received a call i had to call them on the 2nd May and they told i will be called on the 10th on the 10th i decided to call i was on hold for 15min and when the consultant picked he told me that the systems was offline and he will call me as soon the systems are back on, he did call back and left a voice message that i will get full feedback on the 15th May today i decided to call them again i was on hold for another 17min, i just need information on the transaction and if im going to get my money or not.
