Missing Deposit/ Bad Responses Call centre

I deposited R5000 into the Rivonia/Sunninghill autobank (3464) on 31/03/13 at 13h24 into a business account. After depositing the money I got an error slip from the autobank. I called the call centre immediately (was on hold for 35 minutes), I was told by Thando that this was a nationwide problem on the day and money will reflect in account after 3 working days. This did not happen. I then called SB Biz Response on date (consultant) - 06/04 (Zoe), 09/04 (Snowy), 10/04 (Zane), 20/04 (Rolston), 30/04 (Nozipho), 31/04 (Kyle), 06/05 (Tshefiso/Keitumetse), 14/05 (Zane). I was asked by Keitumetse on the 07/05, who was the only person to contact me back, to get an affidavit, which I sent to her on 08/05. I have not heard from her since the 09/05. I was promised daily updates. I was told on the 20/04 that Verinique Wellcome form atm dep, had closed my case without contacting me, case was then reopened, and i find out today this person is again dealing with my case. I would like my money back asap and am tired of the pathetic dealings of SB. Can someone in authority contact me asap and sort this issue out as I am out of pocket for over a month and very upset!!!
