I HATE NEDBANK

Recently upgraded my account to chq account, something that takes 5mins took an hour to do bcoz the person helping me didn't know what they were doing. Could not order a chq card because the 'new fees' had not come off my account!!! My ATM card got swallowed and I cannot get a replacement one!!! No one has got back to me... I've been waiting for 3days now!!! VERY unsatisfied with Nedbank... would never recommend them to ANYONE!!!
