I once spoke to a Thuli at Virgin Money. Capable person that helps with the problems I have with Virgin Money. Yet I'm still forced to leave complaints online since even phoning Virgin Complaints department takes forever (probably all the complaints) and getting the fax number just drops my call. Not only that, when I try phone the travel side requesting my travel insurance I wasted a good 20 min combined with no answer. My problem? I have asked Virgin to increase my credit limit (Ref EC: 3A284942) & give me proof of insurance for my flight which I need for my visa's (REF: EC: 567401A2). This I have sent the beginning of last month. Yet from both queries received no answer. Phoning is obviously not the answer either. They tell you they have high call volumes. Any PRE-RECORDED message saying that is obviously a sign of under-staffed help lines. Virgin get your act together... not impressed at any level of contact.
