CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THE PURPOSE OF A POLICY WORDING IS, IF A CONSULTANT CAN COME BACK TO ME AS A CONSUMER AND SAY ITS THE WORDING WITH A MISTAKE. HOW CAN A POLICY WORDING BEING A MATERIAL FACT BINDING BOTH THE COMPANY AND MYSELF AS A CONSUMER BE MISTAKEN? 4MONTHS OF UP AND DOWN BETWEEN AIG AND STANDARD BANK I STILL HAVE NO HELP FROM EITHER OF THE COMPANIES. AIG REFERS ME TO STANDARD BANK, STANDARD BANK REFERS ME TO AIG. PLEASE CAN I HAVE CLARITY ON MY CLAIM.
THE CONSULTANT MAKE EMPTY PROMISES TO ALWAYS CALL BACK AND THEY NEVER DO.
GUYS IM TIRED OF ALL THE DRAMA, PLEASE CAN THIS COME TO AN END BEFORE I GO TO THE MEDIA AND OMBUDSMAN.
