I recently received a call from Standard Bank vehicle and asset finance which offered me a service plan for my vehicle. I later cancelled the policy!!! 1st March I get debited for the service plan WHICH I CANCELLED!!! I then called Standard Bank to find out what was going on, they advised me that the policy has been cancelled as requested. So in other words Standard Bank is my money with no answer. Its been 7 days since the consultant is calling me back.
I want a full refund!!! ( Really sad how you have to expose these guys in order to receive help). Customer service rating 0 out of 10!
