I would just like to say a HUGE thank you, on behalf of my mom, for the wonderful gift from Dial Direct. A gorgeous bunch of flowers and a gift card arrived at her house yesterday with a card thanking her for being a loyal customer. Tis is such a wonderful and unexpected surprise. The card was sent from Kelly O'Shea, and i must say that this company has been nothing but supportive and understanding, my father passed away late last year and the service and compassion received from Dial Direct has been absolutely amazing and we as a family are eternally greatful!!!
