Ombudsman For Banking Services

I had incident with FNB where my money was drawn out of my account. The bank is holding me responsible for the money out of my account. I feel this is unacceptable as it was not a small amount & basically half my salary. They advised should I not be happy with the out come to take it further with the Ombudsman. My first email went out on 25 March 2013. I have sent follow-ups and still till today have not received a response. I can not just leave it there. I'm a single mother and work hard for my money. I want my money back! Can someone please reply to me urgently cause I am more furious than ever!
