I am unable to find my policy details that were emailed to me by then Financial planner Edward Semenya. Since he resigned, no one has ever contacted me to take over. Now that I need to make amendments to my policy, you drop this BOMBSHELL on ME. I never received any hard copies from you in my mailbox coming to think of it. If you can't find my details, it simply means this policy is null and void and you must pay me all my money back WITH interest compounded over the - 3 yrs you have been debiting ME.
