My vehicle is financed with MFC
I received a call from Priseldene stating my account is 2 months of arrears - i am aware and i told her i was hospitalized for a heart condition therefore could not pay the account due to my salary been short i will get my husband to help me pay, she sd she will have the vehicle reposed and agent Gareth contacted me asked to pick up the vehicle i asked for the letter of demand and the letter from the bank all of which he did not have.
priseldene contacted me again asking me why i am getting technical with the agent, she was rude and raised her voice and eventually put the phone down
I am horrified that a person handling clients could be so rude and uncouth I am disgusted @ her behavior!!!
i wish never to deal this with arrogance again, shame on you MFC for having such staff members handling your clients!!!
