I have seen a severe drop in my driver performance scorecard in the past few months. After doing some checking, I noticed that I am being penalized for speeding, although I have had no instances of speeding in the last 3 months on the dq mapper reports. I phoned the call center, and spoke to Lungile, who said that they would investigate and get back to me withing 48 hours. I am still waiting...

I would like to see a detailed analysis of every instance that I am being penalized for and how points are deducted or allocated. I believe that my driving has improved over the past few months, however my driver performance scorecard is not very accurate in my opinion. Can someone please get back to me???
