Hi, called in today on outstanding authorization on my platinum cheque account. Vinucci advised that she will not reverse fees that has been "reserved" for payment to Avis Car rental - one in February @ R750 another in March @ R750 until she receives proof from Avis that i do not owe anything to them!!! She said that i must phone Avis and instruct them to do this THIS IS! How is this my job to phone a vendor to request this?? I AM NOT WORKING FOR FNB! "FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU"
When i phoned Avis they advised that this is ridiculous. Yeah for NO service FNB! Utterly disappointed!
