Since 24 November 2013 which was one of the the phonecalls on communication from my side to the call centre. i received an apology email on the late response on the email sent, I haven't received any relevant feedback on my withdrawal request, I already sent the choice form for payment back and was delivered on the 9 December 2013. since then i have been following up on the case on a weekly basis. Same case every time i phone, i will be put on hold and when the agent comes back they reply that the case is with the legal section and they are currently working on that... thus for days, months this is the case that it is with the legal section... no sms, call, follow up's to me to give me feedback on the calculations and pay out of this pension fund. In the meanwhile they are receiving the benefit of interest.
