During February 2013, I received e-mail confirmation that my Absa Homeowner`s Insurance Policy had been cancelled due to the fact that I have insurance with Santam. During August 2013, I received a letter from Absa with a revised homeowners policy. Clearly, the policy was never cancelled. None of my numerous calls to the call centre had been answered because "all our agents are busy". None of my e-mails to the [Email Removed] e-mail address had been acknowledged or replied to.
