Simply put. The ATM did not produce my money I withdrew at the ATM however the transtaction was processed and I received an sms notification. Have reported this but still my money is not refunded. The inconvenience suffered may had dire consequences to FNB.
No one has contacted me regarding this issue and I am not going to waste my time and money follwing up. A thirdy party will do this for me and I am switching to antoher financial service provider after 7 years of being a loyal FNB customer.
The gloves are off!!!
