Complaint almost 2 weeks old and no reply!!

I complaint about a week and a half ago! To date I do not have a reply from you???!!! and I considered opeing a 32day notice investment with u - this is the type of service that FNB gives? Never have I experienced this from fnb why now?! My complaint was about my chq account to be upgraded to plat! Let me know if u can or not - its simple if not ill open an acc somewhere else!
