My complaint is exactly as my complaint 2 weeks ago, I am yet to receive the courtesy of a reply thereto, although an automated reply, nothing received as yet. I did however receive an e-mail from a certain Roderique Lategan requesting some security questions and then nothing thereafter... I have not received a telephone call, telephone msg or anything subsequent to my complaint. I have requested a written response only as I prefer to deal with them in writing...
