I wrote a complaint on the 5th of April regarding terrible service named "serious inconvenience" Up to date I have still not been contacted by you. Please don't give me any stories that you have tried to phone me, because my phone is on 24 hours a day and I have not yet received any voicemail messages or emails from you. I have a signed contract with Discovery card for the card that is still not delivered to date, although the card fees was charged already. Please sort this out as soon as possible and make sure the courier service you use for delivery this time actually knows how to do their job. If this is the kind of service I get from the beginning, I don't even want to think what will still happen in the future.
