BAD OR NO SEVICE FROM ABSA

On 4/11 I enquired from Morgan Jarred who was assinged to my platinum banking profile for banking affairs to cancel my internet banking service as there is no use in it as I dont use it and need to pay for it every month. Now all off a sudden he is not responsible for my affairs i have it black on white. Enquired 4/11, 8/11, 9/11 no sucsess in sorting the query. On 4 April I went to the bank stand in the long queues to try and get it sorted again. Siyachuma Msutu helped me at centurion she will sort this out asap. enquired again on 12/04 13/04 as I dont get any feedback from them and they are still charging me. This querie is still not sorted out!!! I enquired again 9 July Siyachuma -response on 10/07 I was under the impression this was resolved months ago..., but let me look into it today and get back to you when i have the answer. Today is 16 July still no response or feedback was given on the account. This is really RIDICULOUS and then they wonder why I closed all my accounts with them. I really hope that this will get sorted in the very near future as I'm paying for stuff I didnt sign up in the first place. I mailed absa, actionline, contactcard, platinum@absa no response from all
