Where are you FNB?

The credit card thing again. 1.They finally phoned me, said somebody will be in contact with me. 2. They did phone me. Apparently they got all my details wrong. The next day someone will apparantly phone me and do the rest, finalizing the detail. 3. Nobody did phone. FNB went quiet and still is. Maybe my information got lost again or they got it totally wrong as in the first time What is wrong with this picture? Do I have a credit card with you or not? In a nutshell? This has been going on since 14 December 2012 and still I do not know where I stand with regard to the credit card situation. What's up FNB? You want to or not? Stop keeping me hanging on. Speak up!
