NO RESPONSE / FEEDBACK ON CLAIM

Hi,

I reported a Storm damage on the 03 Dec 2012 which resulted in water entering my home from the roof & damaging ceilings & walls. Claim no. 12/088338 has not been actioned. I have contacted Standard Bank on two occasions but to no avail. Please give feedback & repair damages urgently, as my contents are being damaged...
