I recently applied for a home loan through FNB after being given the run around by Standard Bank since last year October. From the time that I first started dealing with Gail, I felt that she fully understood my situation. I am recently divorced and have been going through a tough financial time which can only be improved by getting my home loan sorted.
Gail was always extremely helpful and mindful of my stressful situation. It was really so nice to be treated like a human being and not just a number!! We definitely need more people like Gail in this world! Efficient, understanding and compassionate!! And my bond has been approved in principal in just less than a month!!
