Hi
I went to an Absa branch in Midrand a few months ago to get a new Cheque card as the old one expired. I stood in a queue for longer than an hour, but got it done. Then I tried using the card afterwards and it wasn't working.
2 weeks ago I went to the Absa branch in Pretoria CBD, to 'activate' the card. It's still not working!! I went to the same branch again and after half an hour in the queue I left. I do not have another hour to waste on the same issue that wasn't resolved the first time.
As a Platinum customer I want some assistance please, can this not resolved some other way??
