Response to query on claim submitted

On Sunday, 29 April 2013 a claim was initiated on-line. On Monday, 29 April 2013, Kuben Naidoo called and advised that according to my policy the claim requires that NO excess would be payable and provides me with a reference number and also states that an inspector/assessor would call to determine the extent of the water leak.
The inspector/assessor arrived on Tuesday, 30 April 2013 and as he was leaving, mentioned that there was a leak from the shower drain into the main line. Whilst the inspector/assessor was busy assessing the damage, his assistant opened the Perspex cover on the external drain opening and breaks the cover into two pieces.
Before leaving this was mentioned to the inspector/assessor, who reluctantly took the measurement of the Perspex cover and promised to deliver a replacement - THIS HAS AS YET NOT HAPPENED!!!
A rejection of the claim letter was then emailed to me and requested Kuben Naidoo to forward a copy of my policy and indicate where in the policy OUTsurance is not liable to repair the damage as claimed - NO RESPONSE FROM Kuben Naidoo since Thursday, 2 May 2013!!!
