I have wrote to an open letter to these institution long time if not a year AGO but ni=othing has been done as yet, the DEPT of these bank is incompetent an useless cant even meet the customer's ecpectations... i decided to leave the bank an kindly went to the branch to ask them to keep their expensive cheque Acc but was told to see a consultant whereas we know that theier service in the branch is rediculous an very slow an i decided to leave an never wanted to put my feet in that branch again, their stup acc was never closed an a consultant called me asking to collect the their monthly fee an i told him to close an send me the documentations which never happened but, my suprise they called again to demand the payement made, what abowt the R6000 that i lost is not important? what about my inconveniecny is it nt important??? is these the kind of service us blacks supposed to experience because i'm black or african...
