Can someone please tell me how to deal with Consumer Assit. I send them a query regarding my Absa Credit Card on the 25/04/2013. On the 26/04/2013 CA responds to tell that MFC send them a counter proposal for my car, they want more money. Today, 09/05/2013 MFC phones me to tell me that they have cancelled my debt review with CA 11/04/2013. I owe them R8000 and if i dont pay them, they will collect my car. Please someone help me. This debt review process with CA has caused me more stress then peace of mind.
