My Insurance Company to me Stating the Bank instructed them to write my vehicle off.
The Vehicle was in excellent condition, only has 94000KMs on the Odometer and I have spent over R25K in the last few years to keep the vehicle as new. The same vehicle is advertised at retail prices from R80K-R120K with around 250 000 KMs at various dealers.
After 6 weeks of unethical conduct, deceit and which pertains to, I contacted my finance Co 2 days ago asking them to overturn the write off, R40K damage.
My finance institution clearly stated they would not and is in no position to tell the insurance company such as the vehicle is insured in my private capacity.
I was retrenched 30 April, had a few successful interviews due to my 38 years experience in electronics but all positions require I have my own car. As I am under debt review, which the insurance company knows, I can't finance anything. Due to all the stress, I hardly sleep or eat and respectfully request your assistance. My family is falling to pieces as we know the sheriff will be here soon with an order from the high court.
