Took out a policy with The Unlimited who just wanted my two months premium for a service that they did not even deliver. At inception of the policy they said they fix minor scratches and dents. At claim stage they tell me a different version of 'specification' than what was initially explained to me.
Do not take these people on. They conduct bad business and then use fancy jargon to trick people while they collect premiums.
