I have three claims dated between 5th March and 8th March, proof of payment has been sent through more than once however they are still sending sms to say I have not submitted as well as not allowing me another claim yesterday as a result.
I have called and spoken to a Customer Service Manager who promised to call me back on 23rd April with nothing.
Now I have sent them notification to cancel my policy and confirm. Still no feedback after calling yesterday I advised if no one called me back they would be reported as being possibly the worst service provider ever.
