Honest, Careingly empathetic and a wonderful personality
My wife went to deposit some money and pay our water and lights account
She was served by Mmebotho Maebelo (apologies if name misspelt)
A phenomenal lady
Apart from assisting my wife with the deposit slip twice due to my wife confusing her she also discovered that my wife had miscounted the money
She promptly told my wife that she had entered the figure short
Did not check it once but three times before she was satisfied that the money given was more than what my wife wrote done and corrected it for her
Honesty like that is few and far between
Standard bank can be very proud to have such a wonderful honest trustworthy and wonderful person working for them

When my wife asked for her name and jokingly said she was going to report her for terrible service she promptly gave her name without hesitation then and only then asked what she had done wrong so she could rectify any mistakes that she had made
That again shows the high calibre of her professionalism that she was concerned about the service she renders
