Applied for payout of policy in middle march 2013. Qualify for full amount payable on 22 April 2013. Phoned this morning and now policy value is only a 1/3 of the value. Accordidng to the law i am only entiled to that amount, because the value exceeds the limit with R2000.00. I feel this is very unfair seeing that i did qualify on mentioned dated and they were suppose to process the payment (or pricing) on said date. This application is going on forever and would like to have my money. I have made various enquiries to my broker and everytime the same story since march 2 - 5 days. I am really getting annoide with this sutation and it is afterall my money
