NO FEEDBACK EVER

I DONT SEEM TO GET A RESPONSE FROM IWYZE, IM WITH IWYZE FOR ABOUT 3YEARS NOW, AND I CANT BELIEVE IM STILL STAYING WITH THEM, I CALLED IN SEVERAL TIMES TO EITHER CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR BANKING DETAILS OR ADD SOMETHING TO MY POLICY, BUT NOTHING, EVERYTIME THE CALL CENTRE PERSON SAYS THEY WILL CALL ME BACK OR GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK, BUT NEVER HAVE ANYONE CALLED ME BACK, I WONDER IF IT TAKES SO LONG AND ITS SO DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF THEM JUST TO CHANGE DETAIL, HOW WILL I HAVE TO STRUGGLE IF I HAD TO CLAIM SOMEDAY, IWYZE DONT GIVE ME PEACE OF MIND AT ALL, IM IN MY NEW HOUSE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW, AND LUCKILY I DIDN'T HAVE TO CLAIM, BUT I STILL COULDNT CHANGE MY ADDRESS, WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN I NEED TO CLAIM???
