I phoned your call centre today 06/05/2013 @ 15:05, did not take the gentlemens name I spoke to unfortantly, but I phoned to enquire about the add on the Internet saying "If we can not beat your current CAR Insurance we will pay you R400" But as I have household Insurance with you I was told by the man on the phone I do not qualify which I think is wrong as the add specifies Car Insurance and not Insurance. The fact I have house hold Insurance with Outsurance should not exclude me from this add as my car Insurance is with someone else as I found Outsurance to expensive and thought if I phoned about this add I would either get R400 or a better deal. Makes me wonder if you will keep your word should I need to use my household Insurance one day as you on the Internet about this add. What else is Outsurace being deceitful about. If you mean any Insurance then word your adds correctly.
