INCOMPETENCE

We are trying complete a home loan application and had the misfortune of having Mbali Mabaso send us information. For the past 2 days I have been trying to get hold of her on the branch number as well as the direct number listed on her e-mail signatory. I have left 2 messages, she simply doesn't call back. I e-mail her with a few queries, she chooses which ones to respond to and ignores the rest. The last call, I was on the line for over 30mins trying to get through to someone that can assist me or a team lead. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH INCOMPETENCE BEFORE! I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANSWERS!!
