Vehicle on 19 April 2013, reported the very next day. I had to make several calls to contact the assessor.
I was requested to drop of documents at the assessors office on the North Coast and my residence is on the South Coast. I called Dial Direct for some assistance and was told to mail the documents and the set of keys. Such indifference! A loyal customer for the past 13 years.
Please don't come back with the line, that the matter will be investigated, if this is being sincerely done, i will not be writing this complaint. Well i have switched insurance, sadly its your loss.
