On 2013-05-04 i went to draw money at a Standard Bank West Gate Branch. I withdrew R2800.00 but never received my cash. I went inside the bank but waited an hour before getting help, and even that was because of my complaint to the branch manager. My debit orders bounced and i had to pay for them using my other accounts which was an inconvenience. I honestly felt like Steve stuck in "Beep Bank".
